Original Georgian British manuscript legal document recording an extensive property proceeding in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire, dated to Michaelmas Term 1787 during the reign of King George III. The record describes a messuage (dwelling house), two barns, two stables, two gardens, two orchards, approximately 30 acres of land, 10 acres of meadow, 10 acres of pasture, common grazing rights, and related appurtenances.

Names appearing in the document include John Tyler, Richard Jarvis, Thomas Dagnall, and John Parker. The manuscript includes an embossed British “Two Shillings” fiscal/revenue stamp and a circular mark for the King’s Silver Office. A bottom inscription reads that it was “Examined with the Entry at the King’s Silver Office Temple 12th Dec. 1816,” with an apparent signature of William Archer, Deputy.
