Maker / Artist Details

Georges Van de Voorde (1878–1970) was a Belgian sculptor who studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Kortrijk and in Brussels, and who worked with Victor Rousseau early in his career, contributing to monumental and figural sculpture in bronze. His oeuvre includes busts and figurative sculpture in bronze and other media.
