Maker / Artist Details

Franciscan Ceramics, originally Gladding, McBean & Co., introduced the Desert Rose pattern in 1941. The Desert Rose line is known for embossed, hand‑painted floral motifs, with design contributions from Annette Honeywell (pattern concept) and Mary Jane Winans (modeling). Franciscan later became part of Wedgwood and production moved to England.
