Antique Louis XVI Style Marble Top Mahogany Breakfront Commode

Description: French marble top mahogany breakfront, with fruitwood kingwood and sycamore marquetry and gilt bronze figures, cherubs, hardware and artistic details. We believe this to be an antique based on our research, which was also the opinion of our third party evaluation, however we don’t have the provenance for this item. Condition: Condition consistent with it's age and use. Marble top scratched to varying degrees, has a couple divot, and a chip long the bottom left side edge. Tarnished/discolored gilt work. Split in mahogany panel on left side., with several areas with chipped or missing veneer. Right side cherub little loose.
