Measurements: 68" Wide X 36" Deep X 29" High

Condition: Good.

Consignor Note:

The piece of furniture is a vintage crescent hunt table.

Originating in Georgian England during the late 18th and early 19th centuries, these tables were purposefully engineered in a crescent or horseshoe shape so they could be placed directly in front of an open fireplace

Drop-leaf ends. When fully extended, they form a deeper semi-circle or full horseshoe; when dropped, the table can be pushed flush against a flat wall or used as a console

Built with elegant, slender tapered legs resting on brass casters (wheels). This gave the host the ability to easily roll the table forward
